We have just launched our newest security feature - voluntary account freezing. This new feature will be able to lock down your account immediately the instant that you suspect an unauthorized user has gained access to your account.
If you receive an email regarding a log in or withdrawal on your account that you do not recognize, you need only follow the account disabling link within the email to freeze your account immediately. The account will then be frozen for a minimum of two hours, and can only be unfrozen by answering questions that prove that you are the legitimate account owner.
Needless to say, we hope this isn't a feature any of you will have to use, but its presence may help our users feel safer when entrusting their funds to the Bitrue platform. It joins the other recent security features such as our public insurance fund and our email safety codes to ensure that nobody will ever have access to your coins except you.
